SECURITY AND TRUST

How opazeus Keeps Your Data Safe

Data Encryption

Your login credentials, payment details and account balance are encrypted in transit and at rest. We use industry-standard SSL protocols so your DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS transactions remain private between you and opazeus.

Wallet Verification

When you deposit via any payment method, we verify your identity and confirm the source of funds. Withdrawals require account verification steps to prevent unauthorised transfers back to your wallet.

Cookie Usage

We use cookies to keep you logged in, remember your lobby preferences, and detect unusual account activity. You can review or clear cookies in your browser settings without affecting your account access.

Data Retention

We keep account records for as long as your account is active, plus seven years for regulatory compliance. Closed accounts may retain minimal data if required by local financial law.

Third-Party Partners

We share essential data with payment processors (DANA, OVO, GoPay, QRIS networks), identity-verification providers and where local law requires it. No data is sold to marketers or brokers.

Your Control

Request a copy of your data, ask us to correct errors, or delete your account and associated information where local law permits. Requests are processed within 30 days; contact support to start the process.

We also track your gameplay, betting history and device information to personalise your lobby experience and detect security risks.

Your data processes deposits via DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS, verifies your identity for withdrawals, personalises your lobby display, and ensures you receive account notifications. We also use anonymised gameplay data to improve game performance and fix bugs. We never sell your name or email to outside marketers.

We close your account immediately and delete your personal data within 30 days, where local law permits. Some records (transaction receipts, identity verification documents) may be retained for seven years for tax and regulatory compliance. We cannot restore deleted accounts after 90 days.

Yes, we use cookies to keep you logged in, remember your game preferences and prevent fraud. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings without losing access to your account. Some features (like staying logged in on mobile) require essential cookies and cannot be disabled.

Only authorised opazeus staff access your data for account support, fraud prevention or legal compliance. Payment processors (DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS networks) see transaction details as part of clearing deposits and withdrawals. We never share your account balance or betting history with third parties unless required by local law.

Your password is encrypted and never stored in plain text. We monitor your account for unusual logins, and you can set up two-factor authentication in Settings > Security. If we detect suspicious activity on your account, we send an alert to your registered email and phone number immediately.
